The purpose of this entry level position is to ensure timely and accurate collections of Accounts Receivable, preparing weekly statements and liaising with customers in relation to issue resolution.

The cash application analyst is responsible for managing cash entries in our accounting system and reconciling the bank balances on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The coordinator is also responsible for supporting month-end closing activities.

This A/P position has an exciting role with a large scope; integrating various processes such as invoice processing, active communication with suppliers, using multiple systems and supplier account reconciliations.
