This role is central to ERGO Forsikrings long-term ambition to evolve into a multiliner insurer across the region.As we expand our product portfolio beyond travel and health insurance, you will be instrumental in ensuring our core systems are fit for scale, integration, and innovation — in line with our business and technology strategy.The OpportunityAs Application Architect – TiA, you will hold end-to-end architectural responsibility for the TiA platform within the Nordic region. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners to shape a future-proof application landscape that supports growth, operational excellence, and compliance.This is a key role within our IT organization, positioned at the intersection of business transformation and technical delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and evolve the TiA platform to support new product lines and business domainsEnsure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with group-wide architectural standardsServe as technical lead on TiA-related initiatives including platform enhancements, integrations, and migrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust architectural solutionsContribute to and enforce architectural governance, documentation, and quality standardsIntegrate TiA with surrounding systems, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and data integrityEnsure compliance with internal risk, security, and data protection requirements
