Supports the quality strategy and quality mindset implementation at the Felgueiras site. Provides support to Operations and the Head of Quality with quality-related tasks and questions regarding the Coloplast Quality Management System. Ensures compliance with the Coloplast Quality Management System and continuous improvement of processes and specifications. Provides support to Operations in CMPT regarding quality issues and helps improve overall quality understanding. Supports external/internal audits and maintains high quality understanding in operations. Performs administrative activities related to archiving, sending samples, and quarantine of materials. Handles inappropriate raw materials in the production area. Introduces quality assurance documents for both production and quality assurance departments. Supports the organizing of sorting, repackaging, rework, and preparing reports. Conducts daily tours of the production area to support reporting non-conformities and initiating immediate actions. Cooperates with the validation team in the validation of production assets. Uses an ERP system and prepares regular QA reports. Organizes, conducts, and holds regular and ad hoc training on quality management tasks and the quality management system. Supports and replaces the daily work of the quality assurance engineer at regular quality meetings. Observes and enforces work discipline.
