Responsibilities

The Role: What you’ll actually be doing This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on the front lines with the founding team, experiencing exactly how a startup grows. One hour you might be discussing our brand vision with a pro athlete, and the next you’ll be filling hundreds of water cups at a hydration station.

Your tasks will include:

• Event Support: Setting up booths, managing gear/stock, and keeping the energy high.
• Brand Representation: Handing out samples and explaining our products to athletes.
• Customer Insights: Gathering real-world feedback from the community to help us improve.
• Content Creation: Helping us capture "behind-the-scenes" social media content during events.
• The "Grind": Pitching in with whatever is needed—whether it’s restocking samples or managing a busy water station all day.

Qualifications

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and has a genuine interest in the fitness world.

• Based in Lisbon: You know the city and can easily meet for event departures.
• Language:bEnglish is our team language, so fluency is a must. Portuguese is a huge plus!
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re curious about how a business scales and want to learn by doing.
• Reliable & Proactive: You show up on time and see what needs to be done before being asked.
