Marketing & Real Estate Middle‑Office Assistant (Lisbon)
Responsibilities
Your role:
- Publish one daily SEO article on WordPress; manage Instagram and LinkedIn content
- Distribute client search requests (“pedidos”) along our partner network; follow‑up with contacts
- Source new real‑estate assets (including off‑market), approach owners
- Organise & attend property viewings (with or without support)
- Prepare market briefs or research summaries
- Create and publish listings on Casafari, Idealista and other platforms
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate:
- Business or marketing school student / recent graduate based in Lisbon, fluent in Portuguese and English, interest in digital marketing and real estate, proactive and organised.
