Summary
Algarve Seasons is looking for a hands‑on HVAC Technician to join our growing team in the Algarve, installing and maintaining high‑quality air conditioning and heating systems for homes and businesses across the region.
Responsibilities
- Install, service and troubleshoot air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems at residential and commercial properties across the Algarve.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and preventative maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
- Assist with basic electrical, plumbing and related tasks as part of HVAC installation and maintenance work.
- Liaise with clients on site, explaining issues and solutions clearly in Portuguese and English.
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Work safely and neatly, following company procedures and health and safety guidelines while supporting other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or heating work (domestic or commercial). Formal HVAC certification is an advantage but not essential.
- Confident communication skills in Portuguese and English for dealing with local and international clients.
- Valid Portuguese driving licence and comfortable travelling between sites around the Algarve.
- Able to use hand and power tools safely; physically fit to work in roof spaces, plant rooms and outdoors in all seasons.
- Reliable, organised and proud of delivering neat, high‑quality workmanship and good customer service.
