Summary

You will be responsible for creating and managing product labels, product sheets, and global marketing materials. Overseeing content acquisition, design, and corporate website strategy while ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs. Managing global product database, assets, and ticketing system. Supporting global strategy, campaigns, and events, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and resource optimisation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Sales Materials
-Create traditional marketing and sales assets (brochures, posters, branded wear, signage, event materials).
-Provide global core assets adaptable to local market and target group needs.
-Develop and manage product sheets, label requests, and promotional/event materials.
2. Product & Workflow Management
-Manage product workflow to ensure smooth product launches.
-Coordinate grower questionnaires, requests, files, and photo assets (e.g., bud shots).
-Maintain and update rebrand assets, product photos, packaging artwork, brand manuals.
-Ownership of the global product database.
-Oversee and steer organisation regarding usage and update of the global product database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Digital & Corporate Communications
-Lead corporate website strategy, ensuring alignment with Wellford’s mission, ethos, and design.
-Oversee website content, layout, guidance, and e-blasts.
-Supervise brand manuals, brand assets, and packaged photos to ensure consistency with corporate identity.
4. Campaigns, Strategy & Events
-Contribute to global strategy and campaign development, aligning with business goals.
-Support brand managers with sales events.
-Ensure event materials and signage align with strategy and KPIs.
-Select and manage agencies, develop tools, set up reporting systems, and measure success.
-Manage budgets to ensure efficient resource use.
5. Market Understanding
-Develop a strong understanding of local markets and target group initiatives to effectively support country-specific needs.
-Reuse/adapt content from customer-focused brand managers where relevant.
6. Must Know Tools
-Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly
-Canva, Figma
-MS Office Suite – Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint
-Asana
-Bonus – Video software
-Basic understanding of how to use AI, i.e ChatGPT
