Summary
Inception Coffee Shop is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional waitress to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the face of our café, delivering warm hospitality, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly with professionalism
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Provide menu guidance and recommendations to guests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues politely
- Assist with setup and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, barista, and front-of-house teams
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player attitude with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Friendly attitude and professional appearance
