Summary
We are an entrepreneurial and liberal gay couple seeking a dedicated, discreet and open-minded Household Assistant to help manage our household so we can focus more on our businesses and social life. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a naturist environment where frequent social functions are held, able to carry out their duties with discretion, and respect for our lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning interior and exterior areas of the house, loading/unloading dishwasher, dusting, laundering linen and clothes, ironing.
- Ensure all rooms are maintained and inspected to high standards.
- Provide personal assistance, such as grocery shopping, carrying heavy items, holding in line for customer service calls, escorting to medical appointments, and retrieving packages.
- Support in gardening activities such as cutting grass, watering fruit trees and vegetables garden.
- Prepare meals according to the instructions provided.
- Provide assistance during receptions and parties
- Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Handle any reasonable complaints or requests with professionalism and patience.
- Maintain a quiet and unobtrusive presence in the home, respecting our privacy and lifestyle.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
**Requirements:**
- Verbal competence and excellent listening fluency in English.
- Must desire to participate in continuous training and development
- Must be willing to follow a long term work tenure with us, not as a temporary job position.
- Comfortable working in a non-traditional environment.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance.
- Respectful and discreet, able to maintain a low profile while working.
- Phone use allowed only for urgent calls and during breaks.
- Capable of managing the dynamic demands of a fast-paced household.
- Availability to be on call if needed as paid overtime.
- Excellent patience and time management skills.
- Ability to lift unassisted up to 15kg items as needed.
- Capable of walking stairs of a 2-story house multiple times a day
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
**Desirable:**
- Portuguese Language skills
- Thai Language skills
- Professional massage skills.
- Valid driver's and/or motorcycle license.
Offer
- Negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications. Salary range: 1100-1700€ monthly net salary + bonus + 13th and 14th salary

Sunday and Monday: Off
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00-19:00
Saturday Regular Schedule:
11:00-20:00
Saturday Schedule when social functions held at the house:
13:00-22:00
