IT Solution Architect will define, document, and review architecture, security frameworks, and lifecycle processes for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The role requires 3-5 years of solution architecture experience and 2-4 years working with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Stack.

As a Power Platform Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with product teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to translate business needs into automated, low-code applications and services.

Manages security of SAP ERP services, ensuring IT controls execution, compliance with PMI policies, and vendor adherence to SLAs. Leads incident, problem, and change management processes, designs improvement initiatives, and conducts root cause analysis. Oversees vendor relationships, maintains service documentation, and generates reports on service performance.
