Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting database and cluster performance. Knowledge of strong security practices: RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and network policies. Ability to collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Development teams to design database-as-a-service patterns. Availability to work on shifts (10h, 5 days/week) and on-call (approximately one week/month). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2 level required). Strong problem-solving, influencing, and teamwork skills, with a proactive and autonomous approach.
